Terms of Service

Mainstreet ("we", "us") provides done-for-you Google Business Profile management to US-based small businesses. By subscribing you ("you", "customer") agree to these terms.

What we do

We check your Google Business Profile every hour and draft AI-assisted responses to new reviews. Positive responses publish automatically, usually within the same hour; negative responses require your approval before publishing. We publish weekly Google Posts on your behalf, sweep your map-pack rank across a 25-point grid daily, and send a monthly performance report. The full scope of Google access is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Grant us Google OAuth access to the Business Profile you actually own or manage.
  • Review escalated (negative or ambiguous) drafts within 48 hours so we can publish on time.
  • Provide accurate business information (hours, phone, category) and keep it current.
  • Not use our service to publish false, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise policy-violating content on Google.

Billing

Recurring plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice — cancel any time via the Billing tab in your dashboard, which opens a Stripe-hosted portal. One-time services (audit, quick-start) are billed in full at purchase. Annual prepay is offered at a 10-15% discount. All prices in USD.

Refunds

All recurring services carry a 30-day money-back guarantee — for any reason, email hello@mainstreet.sh in the first 30 days for a full refund. After day 30, refunds are considered case-by-case. Prepaid annual plans are refunded pro-rated by month if cancelled early.

Termination and data export

You may cancel at any time. On cancellation your access ends at the current billing period's conclusion. You can request a full data export (CSV of reviews, replies, posts, reports) anytime by emailing us — delivered within 7 days. We may suspend service without refund for violations of these terms (e.g., attempted publication of policy-violating content on Google).

Intellectual property

You own your business data (reviews, replies, posts, brand voice configuration). We own our software, models, prompts, and aggregated non-identifying insights. AI-generated draft text becomes yours upon your approval/publication — if you don't approve it, we may reuse the underlying model outputs in other contexts.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific Google search ranking, review rating, or business outcome. Local SEO depends on many factors outside our control (Google's algorithm changes, your actual customer experience, competitors' actions). Our service is best-effort against industry-standard practices, not a warranty.

Limitation of liability

AI-generated content is reviewed for policy compliance before publication, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party algorithm changes, account suspensions by search engines, or AI output errors. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 90 days. You waive class action claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify active customers via email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
